I love Nell to bits, anon. To this day, WWBGD is still one of my very favorite fics in the NDND timeline. Unfortunately, she doesn’t get really roped into the family as Batgirl until after Colin’s death. That will be touched on in the next part of Phosphenes, since the mess with Gideon and Mar’i overlaps Colin’s last days. To say that this is a stressful time in Damian’s life is something of an understatement. I haven’t had the chance to talk about/write much with Nell in it, since I’ve only written a couple of fics that deal that far into the good!end timeline. Damian didn’t call Nell up because she has yet to be formally trained by Steph, and he isn’t going to screw around with his family’s safety when Gideon is involved. Clonebro put Jason in the ICU, and Jay’s the second best hand-to-hand fighter in the family—-second only to Damian himself. Nell will make an appearance in the next part of Phosphenes, so keep an eye out for that c:
